LIVE SHOWS:
These days I am only playing select, private shows or events. Here's what I offer: I will play for one hour in your living room. Grab some friends and add a passionate, original set of my favorite songs to play live. I set up the songs with story telling and anecdotes while everyone sits around on the couches and is a part of the show. No amps, no microphone, totally acoustic and organic.
This is my favorite kind of gig and that's why I have decided to exclusively play this way. I will also play select special events like charity events, special wine tasting concerts, or an opening set for an artist like Hall and Oates. I will no longer be playing at bars or clubs at this time so this is the only way to see a live performance. after 20 years of paying my dues, I just want to play the kind of show that really makes me happy. PRODUCER SERVICES:
I produce radio ready masters for artists, TV and movie supervisors = 2k per track which includes: musicians, songwriting, arrangements, co-write, in some cases: shopping song to existing contacts including music supervisors and agents in tv/movie placement, studio time and custom music tracks. everything you need from a to z is all included for this fee. half up front, half when the master is delivered to you. studio is in house, owned and operated by Geoff Byrd. THE SONGWRITING ACADEMY:
Geoff Byrd teaches songwriting classes to high school students grade 9-12 wednesdays at cascade heights charter school after school from 4-5:30 only $15 per session. geoff byrd also teaches an adult songwriting class on Mondays in a beautiful home in the NW hills with a grand piano. Wine and beer are often included because of the kindness of the home owner and host. $25 per session. For the address and schedule click here:
PRIVATE LESSONS:
$40 per hour for any combination of the following: private songwriting lessons, music career advice, image consultant, internet marketing strategies, basic guitar, vocal coaching, in some cases, recording in my studio as a producer.
